How We Work

Normally we liaise with the end client from early consultation stages through to the completion of the project, though we are more than happy to work with specifiers and builders.

We always recommend that the earlier people start looking at tiles the better in order for you to organise your budget. We can offer to price every conceivable area in your plans for waterproofing, underfloor heating and tiling so the client can consider all options. We do this by offering a P.C sum for the tiles, giving you a price range you feel comfortable with.

When orders are placed we request a deposit, with all product to be paid for before being delivered to site. All labour costs are invoiced out on a seven day payment basis.
